Embed-Friendly Version 3.0 Nav Tab Help

Is there any possible way to have the default navigation on the right to be on the left like the other template options? The embed version works best on our site, but the navigation looks better when on the opposite side that this one defaults with. Thanks.

also if you can forego embedding and mimic your theme to look like the rest of your site, you will find that many issues involved with embedding your forum will go away, and you have more options in regard to themes.

Any suggestions on replacements for these as having issues?
