How to place Languages in top banner?

Wondering how to move languages to the top of the page ie. banner/header or perhaps sidebar.

I live in an bilingual area where frequent changing of languages occurs. It would be nice to have the languages options more easily accessible and visible

ok, if you look inside the plugin file you will see this on line 86 which tell them to go in the foot.

$Sender->AddAsset('Foot', $LocaleLinks);

You can try changing Foot to Head or to Panel or Content those are the only options.
