Remove an Announcement?

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

I made some topics as an Announcement, but was curious how to remove the Announcement from a discussion? It's not appearing to me. I'm using BitterSweet as a theme with VF 2.1.5

    to unannounce - click edit or click announce on the discussion that is an announcement and change radio button to Dont Announce.

    I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.

    @peregrine‌ going to edit and doing the radio button worked; however, initially when I clicked on announce, I got the following: "Whoops! There was an error."
