Vanilla 2.1.6

Enabled Plugins: HtmLawed, KarmaBank, MarketPlace

I get a blank screen once Purchase Premium Roles is enabled.

    none of the plugins have been released for 2.1 yet. Apart from Karma Bank.

    I have to remove a payment option (Skrill), becuase the person who commissioned it, ditched. This is has been the main reason why I haven't updated.
