Add-on Help: Insert Javascript into Comment Grid

I wanted to enter in a javascript code that produces a link into the comment grid, you know, sorta of how the permalink was added to each comment. I was trying to take apart the permalink extension to see how it was done, but haven't quite figured out the key to insert a simple piece of javascript.

Any recommendations or modifications you know I can make to the permalink extension?
