You can get it from Github, here:

https://github.com/vanilla/vanilla/tree/2.0

But it is no longer supported, and no more security patches will be issued if a vulnerability is found.

There should be no compelling reason to use 2.0, so you do so at your own risk.

I wonder how many forum owners have programmed themselves into a box by modifying the vanilla core (if this is the case, let that be a lesson), or rely on a cosmetic issue in a theme that it prevents them from upgrading to a secure vanilla 2.1 with lots more features.
