Add defaultroles utility?

/dashboard/role/defaultroles is another of the hidden utilities that comes in handy once in a while, but is obscure and requires searching for just when you need it most.

Looks like the version on Github has Set Default Roles but the version in Addons doesn't.

@Anonymoose‌ yep, t's one of those pages I have seen people screw up, I they find it, and they don't normally need to access to make Vanilla work. I have been on the fence about updating the addon here with that capability. I think of it as a treasure people can find on github
