Activity Story for profile picture change is wrong
I've lately changed my profile picture here on vf.org and in the Activity stream there is quite an obscure link:< img alt="Thumbnail" src="/cf://uploads/userpics/892/KYIPS43WB7I2.png" >
It seems as if the last correct image link for such an action has been in November last year.
