" Something has gone wrong" after install

HI Guys! Happy new year!

Just install the forum on phpmarket.com/community
version: Version 2.1.8p2

there was not htaccess file, I continued without it

And now
Something has gone wrong.

Any idea why ?

Turn on debug mode by adding this to your config.php:

$Configuration ['Debug'] = TRUE;

then post the error message here.
