Trouble enabling plugins and changing themes

Evening everyone,

I'm using Vanilla 2.1.8, the latest release pulled from GitHub. I seem to be having troubles when enabling plugins and changing themes - it takes several clicks to enable a plugin, and when it does get enabled, it usually gets reset to disabled once I try to enable another or reload the page. Theme changes also take two clicks to update, so it seems that those issues are related. I tried on two different browsers (latest Firefox and latest Opera) and on two different computers and the problem is the same. Does anyone know of a fix?

Yes, you probably have some kind of opcache enabled, which caches the config.php.
