Sorry to bother but I can't seem to make this plugin work in my new webhost after migrating. I'm using NearlyFreeSpeech if that is relevant.
I'm getting a "Page not found" whenever I click the Members button on the frontend menu (mydomain.com/members). Everything seems to be working on the dashboard.
Any help?

Please read this and check with what you have as far as htaccess and config.php settings

I'd try disabling and reenabling. That should recreate the route.

I have the .htaccess file set correctly (like the second example for root) and the rewriteurls setting as TRUE
Already tried that. Also tried reuploading and that didn't work either the Members List plugin doesn't work either even with the fixes. I've also cleared the cache and have 0777 chmod for config, cache and uploads
does /plugin/MembersListEnh work?

Ok please go to Routes in the dashboard and see if the route to members is saved there.
see if you can reach the members list via
plugin/MembersListEnh

That was it! Thank you guys so much!
My bad for testing a ton of plugins at the same time, the Routes were a mess with multiple "members" entries OTL
