Can't see how to attach a file!

Sorry for being so stupid but I can't see how to attach something to the a discussion!

I have Vanilla Version 2.1.8p2
I have uploaded and activated the plugin.
I have allowedview the MyAttachments in the profile but I just can't see how to upload an attachment!

    It's the other way around: you can attach files to discussions and comments and you'll see a list of those attachments in the My Attachments tab.

    You need to install File Upload and My Attachment will show a Tab in the user profile showing his/hers uploaded files and especially pictures.

    It might also work with the new Uploader plugin @vrijvlinder just released.
