I am using Brand Friendly 1.2 and tagging plugin 1.6.2 with Vanilla 2.1.8p2.
My question - how to place "Show popular tags" link under the tags box (like in Vanilla forum)?

It seems to be part of the tagging plugin in the master repository on GitHub: https://github.com/vanilla/vanilla/blob/hotfix/pending-user-post-count/plugins/Tagging/class.tagging.plugin.php#L536
You can try that version, but since the are part of Vanilla 2.2.x they might a) not work with 2.1 and b) have to be considered as unstable.
