What is the Plugin name used at Vanillaforums.org for Addons management ?

Hello, I'm developing Free and Opensource CMS. I want to enable people to upload their Themes and Modules at my site. I wonder what is the name of the Addons plugin used at vanilaforums.org ? It will be awesome if it's integrated with the forum.

Like in say you will probably have to fork it, it won't have been tested in too many environments.

@x00 yes, i've already download the master source. just try it at my local server. will see if i can modifying it to fit my sites structure.
