First of all I am new to this community and I'm a developer and I use VanillaForums 2.1.9.
I'm french I knew VanillaForum thanks to Kube17.
In short I would like to know if anyone develops a new theme or blog on the home page for our forums?
And I pass for ShoutBox there's there a latest version Ip Board as the top of the page?

I don't really know what you are asking, maybe if you say it in French there will be native speakers.
