Left Side Options Disappeared!!

I just installed a fresh version of vanilla yesterday. Then I decided to try and add extensions, the Sidetracker and the Poll. Now I noticed that when I go to the forum as a guest nothing shows up on the left hand side. So now guests don't know how to join. Can anybody help? Here is the address of the forum so you can see: http://www.reachrecords.com/speak/ Thanks for the help

    Is anything normally there for people with no access to do anything? You realise the 'guest welcome' bit was taken out as an extension since 0.9.2.6?

    Can't get in to see your conf directory... "You don't have permission to access /speak/_conf/ on this server"

    Minisweeper I just assumed he had that installed as an extension.

    ahhh...well I guess my panic was definitely a result of my newbie status. What is the extension that welcomes the guest?
