What are the "Essential" Extensions

I'm wanting the know the absolute essential extensions to get for Vanilla for the USER experience, no the administrator. Such as the Guest Welcome extension. What are some others that really enhance the visitors experience at the board?

i am currently developing mine as a project management tool for a web design company, which allows clients and designers discuss design concepts and then clients and the "maintenance team" to discuss updates and general content placement. in that case, by far, attachments with a few modifications on acceptable file formats is a great extension. and for those clients who aren't online all day, notify is also a great feature to have available.
