So my forum is at http://www.example.org/forum It's embedded with SSO from forum.example.org which is a subdomain defined to link to example.org/vanilla So when I call http://www.example.org/forum it loads the forum in embedded mode and everything is fine. Make sure you have $Configuration['Vanilla']['Comments']['AutoOffset'] = TRUE; that could be it.
