I am using another application to handle paid memberships to a website. Vanilla forums can't interact with that site directly to check a member's status (the API is a nightmare and unstable) so we do it manually. There are many people out there who want access for genuine reasons but don't understand the fact it is a member's only forum, no matter HOW many places it says so on the website. Is there a way to have Vanilla send an email to declined applicants?
