How to delete or hide HomepageTitle and Description in the content area

Good morning,
I am trying to delete or avoid the display the HomepageTile and The Description in the content area for designing purposes. I have vanilla 2.1 and I am using the bootstrap theme and I want to put them into a jumbotron so I can not delete the variables in the config.php file.
I know that {Content} is a "precooked" tag but I want to know if there exist any way to modify it, at any level, as for example in the database.
Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the community.
Please see here for basic customising:

The simplest way would be to use CSSEdit addon to add the relevant rules.
