Urgent : How to add a code into the header of every page

Hi guys ,
Right now I want to add a code to the header of my pages Iam using Pure theme how can I do this ?

Use a plugin like Marquee , but better yet please explain by using a screenshot or mockup image of what you want...

In order to add static content, you could take a look at the Pockets plugin: http://vanillaforums.org/addon/pockets-plugin
If you want to add dynamic content, you would either end up with a module or a custom Smarty function.
