Delete the ini files in /cache and if that does not help, re-upload all Vanilla files.

happened to 2 of the forums on different domains at the same time.
problem - probably the shitty crazy domains shared server
@newzealandgirls when posting nearly at the same time, the other one most often did not see the other posting. Have you seen my advise?
