Final Fantasy like, level up system using karma

my budget is >1K
what I want.
Using Karma as currency, create a section on the profile with 12 stats that can be leveled up by spending a set amount of Karma form the karma bank, basically each level will be displayed on the profile page and when people click the + next to it by spending an X ammount of karma that level will go up by one point. preferably more karma the higher the level. This is for a role playing forum i'm making with some friends. I have to get it ready before the end of the month but if it drags on to the next one its fine, if a plugin like this already excists and I can be spared , id be great :P
