Manually disable plugin

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

Hello all,

I'm using the latest beta version, I have installed Oembed enabled but when I try to disable it I fail with no error.

After searching on the forum it seems my only option would be disabling it in config-default.php but I can't find any $Configuration['EnabledPlugins']...

Has it been transfered in a new conf file ?

    /conf/config-defaults.php is the default file that is send with the installation files and should never be touched. During installation there should be a /conf/config.php files created which holds all information that is specific to your page
