The requested URL not found

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

I changed destination of my forum from "public_html/" to "public_html/forum" and now when I try to enter to any discussion or my dashboard I get this error:
The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
