Tutorials Available?

Please excuse a newbie question - but has anyone written a good tutorial for creating new styles? Is there a repository for tutorials (I know Vanilla is pretty easy but still would be nice to have help on the tweaky stuff)? I'd like to have my forum more integrated with my site but I have no idea how to even begin.
