Can't disable Private community

I installed the private community but later changed my mind and disabled it but when a non logged in user clicks on any discussion it still redirects to login page.

I have deleted the plugin folder but it still redirecting...

Please I want to completely stop the redirecting and make my forum public again so that any body can view but only registered users can contribute.

Install and enable the plugin again, and disable private community mode on /dashboard/role

Alternatively, remove this line from your conf/config.php:

$Configuration['Garden']['PrivateCommunity'] = true;
