Is there any addon for picture contest for vanilla version 2.1.11?

I don't see why you couldn't post 10 pictures in a discussion and have users select picture 1 thru xx
via the discussion poll plugin.

or just start a discussion on your forum please post your pictures for contest. Assign each picture a number then add a poll with nummbered selections in the discussion poll after you see how many pictures were added.
