Looking for developer to troubleshoot, fix possibly upgrade

Our forums out of no where one day stopped working with a few of our plugins correctly like split/merge etc. Other plugins work fine. This was the same time stuff like this started

running 2.0.18.9
I can't seem to track it down. Disabled everything, change, rechange, reset .htaccess, tried different directory permissions etc etc.
Any help is appreciated and any fix will be paid.
