Symbol Edit "User not found"

Hi all, I run 2.2 and use Symbol Edit. For me as admin Symbol Edit is functional, but when my users try to access the page from the settings menue or the direct link they receive a "User not found." page. I didn't find any specific settings in the roles for Symbol Edit. Does anyone have an idea what could be the reason for…
