Replace #Item_x with #x

What about replacing #Item_x with #x ? Example; http://lussumo.com/community/discussion/747/attention-new-members-bug-reports-suggestions/#Item_1 will be http://lussumo.com/community/discussion/747/attention-new-members-bug-reports-suggestions/#1 just a suggestion ....

    #Item_1 is the value of a name or id attribut and it have to start by a letter.

    You could change it to #cx ("c" for "comment"):

    You can change this in your own theme (line 70 of comments.php), of course.
