What theme and editor is used on this forum?

I was experimenting with several editors and several themes in order to find one that will work on Firefox, safari and chrome.
But couldn't find any.
Bootstrap theme looks very good but login button does not work in Firefox and Chrome.
Does anybody know what theme and visual editor is used on this forum here?

I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.
It's a text editor who are in 2.2 only. In 2.1, you can use Button Bar instead.
