How i can add subcategory?

I try to find a way, but didnt see how i can create subcategories. Its very important to me. Hope to get help with solution of this problem...

You go to the Categories page and create the categories, then you drag the ones that you want to be subcategories under the category and a little over the side and they will appear as subcategories .
