Upgraded to version 2.2 but got "server error" message after running /utility/update

I have upgraded to version 2.2 from version 2.1.13p1 but got "server error 500" message after running /utility/update on Google Chrome browser. On Firefox browser, I got just white page, on IE, it says - "The website cannot display the page".

PHP version of server is 5.4. Going into /dashboard/settings says "Page Not Found".

Running /utility/structure shows me the attached screenshot.

Please I need assistance.

    Try to set
    debug = true
    in
    conf/config.php

    I also get lots of 500 server errors after upgrading.

    I have solved the update problem by disabling all plugins.
