Sub Forum or Thread Specific Moderation?

Hello Community,
Is there Sub Forum or Thread Specific moderation available? As in can User A only Moderate all the posts within a Sub Forum A or Thread A and not see the rest of the Moderation / Admin Tools?
My partners like to have their own threads, but I don't want them access into the Admin Dashboard.
As a disclaimer I have just started the migration from PHP BB3 to Vanilla so while reading up I thought I would post this here.
