Most of all other settings is placed here:
https://(domain...)/settings/
https://(domain...)/dashboard/settings/discussionpolls

But it doesn't help to add "chatwee" to the end of the URL.

At the top of every page, i can see the test "100", then the plugin is enabled.

Anyone?

Are people expected to know what is going on? I do not understand your question..

Please look at the tutorial about error 404 . Post your htaccess file content and let us know if you have Rewriteurl TRUE in the config.php...
