Baffling! Page Not Found / Embeds are stripped

I just don't get what is wrong with my forum.
Sometimes, I try to save a draft or post a new discussion and it's fine. Other times I get a "Page Not Found" error even though I'm trying to publish it.
And when I embed a Youtube video, it displays properly at first but if I try to edit the page, the embed completely disappears.
Even worse, things seem to work fine and, without changing anything, it all goes haywire two seconds later.
