<BUMP> button

When pressed it auto appears in a BUMP Categorie but can have a sidelink with the most requested bumps. Just tossing one out there -

    That's a cool idea.
    Who would have permission to use it? Everyone?
    How would you prevent bump abuse?
    Would a comment have to be added automatically by the bumper when pressing the button?

    Maybe give members one bump-ticket a week :) And maybe they can save up bumps till a specified amount.
