Think problem in vanilla 2,2 script itself. Users reported then they want to start youtube video at 1m20s video starting at 1m 00s.
I put example myself now it should start here at 1m20s but starting at 1m00s.
Its vanilla script problem, because that same bug working here.
If you setting to start video from 47s its starting from 7s instead of 47s. Bad timing in script.
Admins you can look into my youtube video link. Its showing start time but its not starting. If i puting same link to phpBB forum its starting as desired. This is not some skin or plugin problem. Somehow vanilla interpreting bad the timing. If possible plese fix that

Vanilla software has no effect on videos from YouTube as far as I know. The timing of the video is determined by YouTube based on info saved on your computer when you last saw the movie.
There is no way to affect a YouTube video once it is uploaded to YouTube except by the person who made the video or the settings each person uses in their browser.
Delete the History and the cache from your browser often.

I think it must have some effect.
The embedded link ignores the t=0m5s part of the sample link

While a direct link goes to the correct part of the video on You Tube.
youtube.com/watch?v=cQ0PQWRwOuo&t=0m5s
My last game at The Boleyn, that was...
8 is a good number, the chinese consider it to mean infinity.
I do not have that issue to be honest...

Not sure what you mean when you say you 'do not have that issue'.
The above video is intended to start at 5 seconds, but starts at the beginning instead.
Are you saying you don't experience that?

The video starts at the correct time for me. It is possible that is because I use a chrome extension HTML5ify which forces video to be in html5 instead of flash.. But I can't say if that is related or not, only a suspicion.
I suggest submitting issue with YouTube

@vrijvlinder it has nothign to do with youtube it has to do with the parsing of the url on the server.
