Translate the confirmation mail "Welcome Aboard!" [RESOLVED]

I searched and found no answer on this issue.
I can't find the file or where translate the confirmation message.
In the locale folder contains no phrase "Welcome Aboard! You need to confirm your email address before you can continue..." in any of the files.
Can anyone tell me the exact file which can directly change the message?
Thank you!
Have a nice day,

Yes, but I can't get it to work.
The definition does not appear anywhere, if I try to create in the / locale folder (php files with definitions strings) doesn't work neither. That text must be somewhere, Right?...
Please re read the article from the beginning. In it is a long list of ALL the definitions including the one you want.
It is a long article but contains every possible bit of information you need. I would only be repeating the same process.
Please try to carefully read the instructions.
create a file called locale.php put it inside the conf folder and add your definitions there. It works for me .
