I tried but in order to do so one must remove the float and it throws it all off.. will keep trying.

You use a dot like this

.Box.Tags

a dot means class and a # means ID

I added the code to make the tooltip match the theme, but you need to put it in the tooltip plugin css file, replace those block of code with what I added in the CSSEDIT plugin for the tooltip plugin.
