Incredible, I have a problem with the plugin CustomToolTip :

When enabled, I can not manager my categories

When disable, I can manager my categories

Can you explain more, what do you mean by manage categories ? You mean edit categories or add categories or drag the categories?

The plugin should not affect the dashboard.

Ok, I think I fixed it please try the new version 1.1

Also make sure you copy the css changes made to the plugin, so save the old css file before you delete the plugin and upload the new one, then overwrite the new css file with the old one that has the css changes to match your theme.

Let me know if that fixed the problem. I seem to not have the problem.

I am not sure what happened it works for me, I uploaded a new version. Please delete the entire plugin and delete the .ini files from the forum cache before you enable it.
