two repeated post?

I have installed attachment 1.4 extension.when I submited a post,the discussion would display two repeated post! but the discussion display normal after I have uninstalled the attachment extension. How can I solve this problem?

You'd probably get a better response if you mention the name of the extension that messed you up in your discussion topic. That way the author will be more likely to click this discussion.
