Change the Meta Title only for the Homepage

Hi all,

Meta Title Discussion 2.413.
Sorry but i can't find the right threat that is hiding somewhere here between all the Meta-Title discussion.

I want to change the title ONLY of my "Home" page to:
Gardenparty.com - The #1 forum for cool Gardeners

I could change the conf.php
$Configuration['Garden']['Title'] = 'Gardenparty.com - The #1 forum for cool Gardeners';

But that would make every discussion in search engines look like this 'Gardenparty.com - The #1 forum for cool Gardeners - This topic is about ideas on growing huge GMO flowers.';

Ok, but this could only reached through that, which is also not what i want to achieve on the home page
$Configuration['Garden']['Title'] = 'Gardenparty.com';

The locale fix doesn't help here either.
$Definition['Recent Discussions'] = 'Gardenparty.com';

Can someone point me to the solution?

In your case, you can evaluate if the page path is empty to change your title in homepage.
