How activate the avanced editor file uploader in V 2.2 ?

In the first installation works perfectly but i changed the root folder and the File uploader not appear...
Afer...
I deleted the cache folders, remake the BD, change the urls, but the problem still...
Could you help me please?!

A clue.. this happened when I changed the root folder of Vanilla...
I desinstalled and removed the "Editor" plugin and files and reinstall. Too i search and changed the old root in database but the problem still.
Some one had the same problem?
