How to make reactions and option link appear steadily and fixed on comment pages

After enabling Yaga plugin, Yaga reactions, social reactions (facebook & twitter icons) and option link (edit, delete discussion/comment) appears only when mouse is hovered.
Please how can I make the reactions and option link to appear steadily and fixed?
