Hide category based on permission to post or add discussion permission.

Is there a way to hide category a user has no right to post (do not have add discussion permission) at the "start a new discussion" form?

I will upload a plugin that does exactly that as soon as someone makes a good proposal for the name.

Sometimes interchanging the words is enough but ButtonsCategory would be very wrong. Also abbreviating the words would not be helpful: CatButtons or even CatBut - nope.
