I know there is no need to add posts in a forum sitemap, but still I want to add it to sitemap. How can I do this?

You want to add an article page to the XML site map that was generated by the site maps plugin ?

Since the plugin generates an XML file, you can find that file in your forum folder and manually enter the Urls after you enable the plugin.

I want to add all articles automatically.

That's what the plugin does, as far as I understand it. Have you tried it already?
What is not working as you expect it?

It is not adding the single posts

Based on what I can read from the code, I would expect it to write an overview sitemap.xml with links like that:

/sitemap-category-category1.xml
/sitemap-category-category2.xml
/sitemap-category-category3.xml

And each of this entries is a complete list of the discussions in those categories. That's not enough?

I don't know much about sitemaps, but here is a quick hack for you.
