Single Post page is Showing a Blank Page, How do i fix it?

Hello,

Recently i installed vanilla forum on my website, and i am having a unique issue, only single post pages on my forums are showing a blank page, i tried installing older and newer version of vanilla but both are giving me same error,

also i am pretty sure its not an server issue too, i asked my server management team to check it and the confirmed its not a server issue,
I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue, if yes can you please tell me how i can fix this?

here is a good set of steps from this tutorial.

disable plugins via the dashboard (yes via the dashboard not via config.php)
also disable extra applications from the dashboard (do NOT disable Vanilla or Conversations)
change to the default theme or bittersweet theme.

then follow steps 11 thru 22 and read the info after that

@RJ and @River : Thanks a lot for the info, I contacted my host and ask them to enable mbstring support, and that solved the issue
