After Updating I can't Login or Post New Thread

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

I think my Database collapsed.
I can't post new threads or my visitors can't post new thread. What I want to do in this case. How to get my website backup?

    If you can still see old threads, then your DB should be fine.

    From the Readme:

    Go to yourforum.com/utility/update to force any updates needed.

    If it fails, try it a second times by refreshing the page.

    You could also try running: yourforum.com/utility/structure/all

    If that doesn't help, it may be that your permissions have got corrupted.

    Check the permissions in the Dashboard, especially Default Category Permissions.
